since I know you’re wondering…
my background is as follows. While getting my degree in Urban Planning and Anthropology, I discovered that much of the world’s ailments (and many of my own) were a result of individual lifestyle choices, and largely preventable through sliiiight adaptations — to our benefit! I was drawn to Planning because of its breadth: I wanted to positively impact the planet and the greatest number of people’s lives that I could in a compassionate, effective, and sustainable way, but I've always known irl entertainment sharing my stoke on my terms is where my heart lay.
we now know that lifestyle changes are proven to be the most effective way to solve these crises as well as help yourself experience a life of thriving instead of just surviving. Whether you consider it biohacking, biocaring, or bioliving, biophilic living can be thought of like an exciting, electronic, ethical evolution event :)
